On Monday 07 August we received the news that Jaime Dambo Junior, our coordinator in Mozambique, had passed away. He had worked for terre des hommes switzerland for more than three years. We mourn and thank him for his dedicated work. Our condolences go to his family.

On Saturday last week, our colleague and friend Markus Bütler fell asleep forever with his family. He succumbed to the consequences of a brain tumour. We mourn and remember his committed and life-affirming manner, which he was able to maintain until the end.

Information officer, programme coordinator and managing director: In his 28 years at terre des hommes schweiz Stefan Studer has worn various hats. Among other things, he was instrumental in ensuring that terre des hommes schweiz is primarily aimed at young people. Now a new era is dawning for him, because he has retired.
