Twice a year, the canton of Basel-Stadt awards prizes to commendable initiatives for their commitment in everyday life. This is intended to promote commitment to constructive coexistence. The award bears the name schappo.
Tomorrow Thursday the prize will be awarded for the second time this year. terre des hommes schweiz is pleased to announce that imagine, a festival against racism, will be awarded with the 31st schappo! All interested persons are invited to the public award ceremony on Thursday 24 October at the unternehmen mitte. District President Dr. Guy Morin will present the prize.
