Hats off! imagine receives the schappo

The sparrows are now whistling from the rooftops: From tomorrow, Thursday, imagine – the festival against racism will be one of the winners of the schappo. This prize is awarded by the canton of Basel-Stadt to initiatives that stand out for their special commitment. terre des hommes schweiz congratulates the young people on winning this prize.

Twice a year, the canton of Basel-Stadt awards prizes to initiatives worthy of recognition for their commitment in everyday life. The aim is to promote commitment to constructive coexistence. The award is called schappo.
Tomorrow, Thursday, the prize will be awarded for the second time this year. terre des hommes schweiz is delighted to announce that imagine a festival against racism will be awarded the 31st schappo! (The reasoning behind schappo and the official media release can be found below as a PDF).
terre des hommes schweiz would like to congratulate all the young people at imagine on this award and wish them continued success. We are delighted that your long-standing and courageous work has been recognized in this way and are already looking forward to the next imagine events.
All interested parties are invited to the public award ceremony on Thursday, October 24 at unternehmen mitte. The prize will be presented by the President of the Government, Dr. Guy Morin.
