On Monday 07 August we received the news that Jaime Dambo Junior, our coordinator in Mozambique, had passed away. He had worked for terre des hommes switzerland for more than three years. We mourn and thank him for his dedicated work. Our condolences go to his family.
At the beginning of the week, on Monday August 7th, we received the news that our coordinator in Mozambique, Jaime Dambo Júnior, had died after a short illness. Jaime had worked for us for more than three years. He was instrumental in shaping and developing our projects and the Mozambique country programme. Through his targeted networking activities, he made our work known to the authorities and other partners in Mozambique and promoted it. Jaime will always be remembered as a very committed, sensitive and humorous person, who always tried to help his fellow human beings. He leaves behind four children.
We are sad and at the same time grateful for the time we spent together.
