It has recently become clear that large corporations such as Syngenta and Bayer are damaging the environment and the health of countless people with their agrochemicals and pesticides. In Brazil, young people in the immediate vicinity are feeling the effects. “One of my neighbors has lost his eyesight,” says Tatiane Ferreira in a video in support of the March against Syngenta. The protest march will take place virtually on April 17 on the Internet and, to a limited extent, in Basel. On their own initiative, young farmers from our projects have sent statements explaining why they say “no” to agrochemicals and pesticides. Here are their videos.
